Every question we ask has a source.
Nobody can decode a dream, and the research doesn't pretend to. What decades of sleep science do offer is something more useful: good evidence about what dreams tend to draw on, why some keep coming back and what helps when they're distressing. Undreamt is built on that work. Here are the six ideas we lean on most, what each one says and exactly how we use it.
